I work for a software company - BPM Logic - which I started with a couple of friends, Jim and Bev.

From time to time I'll write something stupid and post it on emetic, but only for a laugh.

I try to regularly post some random thoughts and links on twitter under the handle @lukosan and I can be found on Facebook too.

I've also got one of those Linked-in profiles but I don't really use it. To be honest I don't see the point of it - nothing ever seems to happen there. Which is why I canned it.

I'll occasionally del.icio.us some links but they're probably gonna be a bit geeky. But that went the way of the dodo.

You can find me on Google+ these days, mostly for work related posts and links, but I spout most of my crap through Twitter.

Recently I've been uploading some old photos to Flickr.

Work

I work in software, and have done so for the last ten years. Before that I just played in software but these days I get my income from it so I guess that makes me a professional. This doesn't mean I'm any good, just that I try and create some great software in a good way. I've come to realise that it's important to keep learning about, and never stop enjoying, what you do for a living.

We've just started writing a company blog but we'll try and keep it less on the corporate side and more about our experiences within the software and wine industries. But it was pants so we canned it.

Life

I grew up in South London, then at boarding school at St. John's Beaumont in Windsor and finally at Stonyhurst College in Lancashire. After that I went to the University of Southampton where I didn't really study Electronic Engineering ('cos it was phenomenally boring and difficult). Instead I lapsed into computers and when I graduated it all went from there. I've got an older brother, Ben, who I share a flat with in North London although technically he now lives in Lausanne in Switzerland. We try and get to Lourdes and Hossegor every summer and Val d'Isère every winter. It's a lot of fun.

Loves

Willow, cycling, snowboarding, skiing, reading, writing, talking, listening (but mostly talking), music, movies, TV, squash, climbing, drinking, drawing, loving, learning, working; and spending time with friends. I've had a puck load of fun and hope to have a whole lot more.
